We offer FREE shipping for all orders delivered to Hong Kong, USA, and Europe.

As The Novi Charging Station contains lithium batteries, our products require special handling to ensure safety during the delivery process due to customs laws of many countries. Our default shipping will arrive within 1-2 weeks based on the country you are located in, and our units are shipped from the US. If you require expedited delivery, please let us know and we can help investigate further.

After you place a successful order, we will send over a tracking number with a designated courier we assign.

For shipment to countries not available on our drop down list, please contact us directly and we will confirm whether we are able to ship and what the shipping rate will be, if any.

Please note that we are not responsible for VAT, taxes, or duties to any of the countries we offer free shipping to.
